These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Squishly, provided by Devello. By downloading, accessing or using Squishly, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1The App
Squishly is a collection of virtual tactile toys — squishies, pop-its, bubble wrap, a mechanical keyboard, a finger spinner, kinetic sand, soap cutting, a lighter and more — with sounds and vibration, made for relaxation and entertainment.
2Eligibility
Squishly is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Squishly with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for any purchases made on your device.
3Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app, except where the law allows it.
- Circumvent, disable or interfere with the app's purchases, ads or security features.
- Use the app in any unlawful way or in a way that could harm the app, Devello or other users.
4Wellbeing Notice
Squishly is for entertainment only. It is not a medical, therapeutic or mental-health product and does not provide medical advice. Keep the volume at a comfortable level, take breaks, and stop using the app if you feel discomfort.
5Free Version & Advertising
The free version of Squishly is supported by ads served by Google AdMob, including banners and full-screen ads shown at natural breaks, such as leaving a toy. Ads are provided by third parties; Devello is not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote. How ads use information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6VIP Purchases & Subscriptions
VIP removes all ads and unlocks all VIP skins, sound and vibration level controls, and alternate app icons. It is offered as Weekly and Monthly auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and the store before purchase, in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the current price of your plan.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime is a single, non-recurring payment that unlocks VIP for as long as Squishly is offered, on the store account used to buy it.
- You can restore purchases on a new or reinstalled device from Settings › Restore Purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is offered, eligibility is determined by the store; any unused part of a free trial ends when you purchase a subscription.
7Virtual Items
Skins, app icons and other virtual items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred except as the store allows.
8Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded Squishly from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms are between you and Devello, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for Squishly or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
9Intellectual Property
Squishly and its software, toys, sounds, graphics, design, text and branding are owned by Devello or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, sell or create derivative works from them without written permission, except where the law allows it.
10Availability & Changes
We may update, improve, change, suspend or discontinue any part of Squishly at any time. Some features depend on your device, operating system, region or third-party services, and may not be available everywhere.
11No Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squishly is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devello and its affiliates, employees, contractors and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Squishly, including technical errors, interruptions, device compatibility issues or third-party services and ads.
13Termination
We may restrict or end access to Squishly where reasonably necessary, including if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using Squishly at any time; subscriptions must be canceled through your store account.
14Changes to These Terms
Devello may update these Terms to reflect changes to Squishly, legal requirements or business practices. Continued use of Squishly after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, where the law allows.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Devello operates, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
