Squishly is a collection of satisfying, tactile toys — squishies, pop-its, bubble wrap, a mechanical keyboard and more — with sounds and vibration. You don't need an account to use it, and we don't ask for your name, email address, photos, contacts or location. This policy describes the limited information that is processed, why, and the choices available to you. By using Squishly, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1Information We Don't Collect
Squishly does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, camera, microphone, contacts or precise location, and the toys themselves run entirely on your device.
Devello does not run its own servers for Squishly and does not receive your in-app activity.
2Information Stored on Your Device
To remember how you like to play, Squishly stores a small amount of information locally on your device only:
- Your settings: sound and vibration on/off and levels, language, appearance (light or dark) and app icon.
- Toy progress, such as lifetime counts of cuts, slices or ignitions.
- Whether VIP is active on your device.
This information is not sent to us. It is removed when you delete the app.
3Advertising (Google AdMob)
The free version of Squishly shows banner and full-screen ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC, and Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland). To deliver, measure and protect those ads, Google's software in the app may collect:
- Device and advertising identifiers — on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA) only if you allow tracking; on Android, the advertising ID.
- Your IP address and the approximate location that can be derived from it.
- Device and app information, such as model, operating system, language and app version.
- Ad interactions, such as ads shown and tapped, and diagnostic information about ad delivery.
Google uses this information to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure their performance, prevent fraud and — where you allow it — show ads that are more relevant to you. Devello does not receive this information in a form that identifies you. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
With VIP active, Squishly shows no ads and loads no ads.
4Your Ad Choices & Consent
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: before personalized ads are shown, Squishly asks for your consent through Google's consent form. You can change your choices at any time from the privacy choices option in Squishly's Settings.
- iPhone and iPad: Squishly asks for permission to track once, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. Without permission, the advertising identifier isn't shared and ads are less personalized.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.
- Choosing VIP removes ads altogether.
5Purchases & Subscriptions
VIP is sold as weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. Squishly uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) to confirm purchases and keep your VIP status: it receives the store's record of your purchase, a random app user ID created on your device, and basic device information (such as the platform, OS and app version, and country). Devello never receives your payment card details.
6Analytics & Diagnostics
Squishly does not use analytics or crash-reporting services. Apple and Google may provide us with aggregated, anonymous statistics — for example downloads, or crash reports you choose to share with developers — under their own policies.
7Third-Party Services
Squishly relies on these providers, each under its own privacy terms:
- Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform — ads and ad consent (free version).
- Apple App Store and Google Play — distribution, purchases and subscriptions.
- RevenueCat — purchase confirmation and VIP status.
8Data Retention & Deletion
Information stored on your device stays there until you delete the app. Information collected by Google for advertising is retained under Google's policies; you can review and manage it through your Google account and device settings.
Because Squishly does not hold personal information on our systems, we may not be able to identify you, but you can always contact us at contact@devello.co with a privacy request.
9Data Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, and Squishly keeps what it stores on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
In some U.S. states, sharing identifiers for targeted advertising may count as "sharing" or "selling" personal information. You can opt out by declining tracking and personalized ads as described above, or by choosing VIP.

11International Users
Squishly is available internationally. Where information is processed across borders by our service providers, they use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data-protection law.
12Children
Squishly is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Squishly, please contact us.
13Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, on our website or through another appropriate method. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
