DosePilot is designed to help users organize and understand their GLP-1 journey. Because the app may contain health-related information, we treat privacy and data security as important product principles. 1Information You Provide
Depending on the features you use, DosePilot may process information you enter into the app, including:
- Medication name, dose, dose date and time, and injection-site history.
- Weight, goal weight and progress information.
- Symptoms, side-effect check-ins and wellbeing notes.
- Meals, calories, protein, fiber, hydration and other nutrition-related entries.
- Habit, streak and milestone information.
- Questions or messages you send to in-app coaching or support features.
2Health & Sensitive Data
Some information entered into DosePilot may be considered health data or sensitive personal data under applicable law. We use this information only to provide and improve the features you choose to use, such as dose tracking, symptom trends, site rotation, progress insights and personalized guidance.
We do not sell your health information. We do not use your health information for third-party targeted advertising.
3How We Use Information
- To provide dose reminders, tracking, history and injection-site rotation features.
- To display weight, nutrition, hydration, symptom and progress trends.
- To generate in-app summaries, streaks, badges and coaching insights.
- To maintain app reliability, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and improve performance.
- To provide customer support and respond to privacy or account requests.
- To manage subscriptions and confirm access to paid features.
4AI-Powered Features
DosePilot may include AI-powered features that use information you submit to generate personalized explanations, summaries or coaching-style guidance. When an AI feature requires processing by a service provider, only the information reasonably necessary to provide that feature should be transmitted.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate and is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
5Technical & Usage Data
We may process limited technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, crash diagnostics, performance information and general feature usage. This data helps us maintain, secure and improve DosePilot.
Where analytics are used, we aim to minimize the collection of directly identifying information and do not use health entries for advertising profiles.
6Third-Party Services
DosePilot may rely on trusted service providers for limited operational purposes, for example:
- Cloud infrastructure and secure data storage.
- Crash reporting, diagnostics and product analytics.
- Subscription and purchase management through Apple App Store, Google Play and/or a subscription infrastructure provider.
- AI processing when you actively use an AI-powered feature.
These providers may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. App-store billing providers process payment information under their own terms; DosePilot does not receive your full payment card details from Apple or Google.
7Data Storage & Retention
Information may be stored locally on your device and/or securely in cloud infrastructure, depending on the feature and app configuration. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.
If account-based cloud sync is available, deleting the app from your device may not automatically delete information stored in the cloud. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
8Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9Your Privacy Rights

- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a portable copy of eligible information.

DosePilot may be used internationally. If information is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data-protection law. Users in the EEA, UK and other regions may have additional statutory privacy rights.

DosePilot is not designed for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

DosePilot is a tracking and informational tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis or replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Medication decisions, dose changes and treatment decisions should be made with an appropriate healthcare professional.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice in the app, on our website or through another appropriate method. The effective date above indicates when this version became effective.
